I always got great service till this last time. My poodles face got such bad razor burn I had to get him checked at the vet!! He also had knicks on the side of his face!! He didn't even have hair left. When I went in to show pictures the owner just said they always do this cut. I don't think I would of come back if they did! When asked if she could compensate me in any way she said no! It's really too bad that this is the outcome. Not the way I treat customers at our business. Very disappointing!!!My poodles face is bright red with scabs. And he's hurting. If she got that haircut done to her I'm sure she would want compensation too!!

I have taken my dogs to Kim since I found her in 2004. Best groomer ever! They genuinely love our dogs and they treat them with the love Vadra's is place to have your pet pampered.

I am editing my review today. After years of going to Vada's and feeling they were a 5 star grooming, I left my last appointment feeling the complete opposite. I was flat out told that they would not take one of my dogs anymore unless I bring him every 12 weeks minimum instead of the 16 weeks that I was(nail trims every 5 weeks between groomings). I told the lady to charge me more if he takes longer than anticipated, but that was a no go. I am so disappointed. I liked bringing my dogs here, but I simply cannot take my dogs to a place that tells me when I have to bring them. I have asked around to find out of this 12 weeks was a grooming standard and no one else I know has to do this unless they go to Vada's as well.my old review:Great grooming! My Golden Retriever always looks beautiful. And the staff are friendly and seem to really like their job. I feel confident in taking my dog there.

We've been taking our dog there for almost three years now. They do a fantastic job. You can tell they care for the dogs, as well as the hair cut. They also are practicing good covid procedures when dealing with the public.

Poor customer service and they have no compassion. I’d been a client for years and brought my dog in regularly every 2 1/2 months and the off months they would do nail trims. I get a call, after requesting an appointment by email and she states, I hope you don’t mind me calling and I said no, but she had a cold tone in her voice . She explained that my dog hadn’t been in for a grooming since mid April and it’s urgent she comes now and I wouldn’t get my regular groomer. lolol I told her, I requested an appointment in 3 weeks and not tomorrow and then, she goes into this robotic spill about our clients need to come in every 4 weeks lol. I explained to her, for financial reasons, I have to wait. No one tells me how and when to spend my money. My dog is not going to die, because she doesn’t get a groom right away, laughable . My dog doesn’t need a groom every 4 weeks because of her coat. Don’t fall for their ridiculous rules, cause not everyone has money to waste. I may have been born at night, but not yesterday.

Always had great service from them at clipping and also rounding off our dogs nails. They do a great job, shave some of the fur around the toes, and its nice that they round them too. The option for Saturday afternoon walkins are amazing too. Definitely worth it, and will absolutely keep using them.

Vada’s was recommended to me by my usual groomer as she will be off for quite some time. I experienced very poor customer service. I called several times throughout the week with no answer at all. Finally got a hold of them and they told me they’re not taking any new dogs. However, after reading some of the reviews i think this might be a blessing.

We have enjoyed our time at Vada by bringing our 2 dogs in for grooming and nail trimming in the past 4 years but unfortunately, their policy of requiring our dogs to come in every 4 weeks now is becoming more of a money grab. That is $150 x 12 per year = $1800 on grooming 1 dog. Although they have always done a good job at grooming, no dog owners should have the ultimatum of bringing your dogs in every 4 weeks otherwise you lose the privilege of bringing your dog in.

I do agree with previous comments that the cuts are very professional. We usually see Kim and I've only had one bad hair cut for my toy poodle in the past 5 years and it's when Kim wasn't available. However, I find the customer service needs some improvement. In the past its taken up to a week to book a hair cut as you have to play phone tag or email for a couple days. This last round I was called and spoken to very rudely in December that I no showed with my dog even though I had called and I responded to the confirmation email that the appointment they recommended was too soon and not yet needed. Now as I rebooked my appointment after two days to email me back I've been told I'm being charged extra for a no show even though it was taken care of. The hair cuts are great but you need to find a better way to deal with the people coming into your business not just the dogs. After this last experience unfortunately I cancelled my appointment and I'll be finding a groomer else where.

Our 6 month old Yorkie Niko had his first full grooming here. The front desk girl was very helpful in explaining the process and Niko seemed relaxed and looked very handsome when we picked him up. They listened and cut his hair exactly the way we wanted. Thanks Lilly Dean for the referral.
